Trespass

Great experience at Nevisports Preston. A pair of walking boots were ordered in for me but sadly the size didn't fit. Upon returning them I got excellent advice from Ellie who got me in the right boots, right size, straightaway. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and Ellie managed multiple customers really well, providing information and giving individual attention without neglecting anyone. Prices are competitive, would definitely recommend.

Me and my family are visiting the uk. Today my mum had a fall the lady with the short hair was amazing she came outside to help my mum and she kept checking up on us and even rang us a taxi. Even tho it might not seem like she did a lot but when you are in a foreign place and dont know anything just her being there was amazing. I even went into the shop and bought a tote bag the gentlemen at the till was also amazing . They both are such an asset to the business. I do apologise as I have forgotten their names I feel their names were Katie and Peter but I might be making that up but once again thank you so so much for your help and friendliness.

Fantastic staff and customer service second to none! What a gem of a shop this is! So pleased to find it, one of the last couple of outdoor shops in Preston and what a shop it is! I particularly want to mention Joshua and Ellie from Nevisport, Peter and a lady on the door at the time from Tresspass, who were extremely knowledgeable and kind advising and helping me select jackets and a pair of boots. Ellie went above the call of duty, in my opinion, sourcing boots from a different store and having them sent to Preston which I ended up buying! I'll be back for sure!!
