        Excellent service, advice and assistance. Mo provided a real insight to how and why my vision had changed whilst Dawn throughly understood my challenge regarding screen time and advised accordingly. Would recommend to All. Thanks Both - Customer Service at its best!

        It was my first time in a Vision Express store, and my experience was amazing. I've loved every minute of it. A very personal and professional experience, from the very first minute of walking in this charming little store. The staff were all beyond friendly, helpful, engaged and charming. I was mainly served by a lovely member of staff called Giuseppe. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helped me choose my new specs, was very patient and offered a lot of great advice. Such a friendly, sweet and kind person. I'm so glad I've chosen this place for my eye health/check ups. It's such a gem to find a place like this, it feels private and then really do give you time and space to choose what's right for you. You're treated amazingly well.
