I visited Boots opticians for my eye test. I was treated by Mariyam who was very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She was a very nice lady, who provided me with the prescription for my glasses. Would highly recommend their service.

I had a 5* experience here 2 weeks ago super professional service for the opticians appointment and consultation of which lenses would work best in my chosen frames. Unfortunately let down today when I came to collect. I can see they were busy but glasses being brought out with pen marks on them from manufacturing because not checked before brought out is poor attention to detail. I also called 11 days ago to ask about having a contact lens consultation today at pickup. Nobody had any clue about it today and I was told i guess they're still catching up after someone has been off. Explains the no call back next day which is what I was told on the phone. I really hope next time I go in i can find this was just a bad day as i really thought from my first experience I'd found an opticians i could be happy with long term

Ive been treated by Shifa for an eye test. Shifa is highly knowledgeable and thorough in eye test making sure all the steps are carried out carefully. She has cleared all my doubts and demonstrated the medical terms in understandable manner. Ive been to an eye test before but Shifa was excellent both in subject and handling the cases. Im extremely satisfied with Boots opticians but can recommend more than extremely satisfied to Shifa. It was a quite good interaction.
