ASDA Opticians

Had an appointment last Tuesday that I had waited for. Worked my shifts around the appointment and just got a text in the morning to say appoint cancelled ! Rang to rebook and told I will be end June/July. They should have prioritised their cancelled vkuents so I will go else where

Decided to try Asda opticians as my other half had visited this store previously. The actual eye test wasnt an issue and the optician was great, but I did feel that the other members of staff appeared a little bit unprofessional. Whilst I was waiting, they were chatting and laughing loudly (wasnt work related chatter either). One of the members of staff was swivelling around on the chair whilst chatting; just seemed like they were bored! (I was the only one waiting). Put me off a bit as it seemed like they didnt care. Not sure I will return, as other places seem more professional, which is a shame as they offer tests and glasses at decent prices.

Great friendly service, fast & efficient . The straight forward price you see is the price you pay without extras added on for this that & the other. Good quality frames with a wide range to choose from, would definitely recommend their service.

I purchased some varifocals and was having problems, found Sheryl to be extremely helpful, and gave great customer service, she deserves a pay rise

Friendly staff and always eager to help. Good service but rarely call when they say. Apart from that I would highly recommend them
