My uncle had the YAG laser treatment this week and had a brilliant experience. He couldnt fault the level of care and found the staff to be incredibly friendly, professional and reassuring. His sight is so much better, he would highly recommend this clinic!

Had my cataract done at the start of the year. Quickly booked in and sorted. From the porter welcoming with a brew to all the Drs and Nurses. Cannot thank them enough.Got an infection and nothing was to much trouble for them. Weekly check ups and reassurance that it was all going to plan. All signed off and vision back to 20-20 thanks for everything.

It's only five days since my cateract operation at SpaMedica but can already feel the benefit of the procedure on my right eye. I have to admit I was I dreading having it done, but now can't wait until I'm ready to have my other eye sorted out. So if like me you're nervous about having to have cateract surgery, then I hope I can put your mind at rest. The procedure is relatively painless with some mild discomfort afterwards, but that soon clears up within a day or so. So nothing to worry yourself about. As for my treatment at SpaMedica, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the way I was dealt with. All of them (and I mean everyone from the reception staff, the nurses, and the surgical team) are just great and exceptionally kind and professional. Everything was explained at every step of the way, so by the time it came to have the op I was confident and my mind was at ease. I thank you all sincerely for your help.

I wish I had never listened to my optician suggesting I use SpaMedica. They are terrible, absolutely useless. Only interested in themselves not you the patient. Even when you complain to them the person responding is the manager of the area you are complaining about. His staff are more important to him. Absolute horrible experience wish I had never heard of them. Stay well clear of this "Private" eye centre.
