        Booked an appointment online, arrived monday morning 5 minutes earlier and was told that they had a vehicle stuck on the ramp and that it would be the afternoon they could get me in for tracking. - Only 1 ramp in the garage too very poor. Arrived again as requested at 3.30PM and was told that they are having issues with the equipment and to "Come back next week". I wasn't contacted either so i drove to this place twice for nothing. Luckily they arranged to send me to Chorley to get the work done. I would say this place is ill equipped and staffing clearly needs to work on communication with the end customer. I will not be using this branch again for any work.

        Dale Jenson and Adam went above and beyond when they came to change 4 tyres for me. The locking nuts on the wheels had to be removed which wasnt an easy task at all. Thanks again much appreciated
