Not great no interaction from carers, my nans needs are not being met at all, she's showered by a male, told he's no time to wash her properly no give her her the soap n cloth to wash herself. Stick her in a wheelchair n not allow her the time to use her walking frame and waiting 9 plus hours to go to toilet because she's afraid to ask n claims she's sat in time out at a table if refuses food she doesn't like and sat very far in a corner of living room so can't see or heat tv when they know she's got problems with her sight n hearing

A place where residents needs are staff's main priority. They are all very caring and welcoming.

My dads care and needs are being met at Swansea Terrace, the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have always supported me in difficult times and I am grateful for them in caring for my Dad . Ria the manager is always approachable and helpful in anyway.

My uncle was discharged from hospital to Swansea Terrace to be 'greeted' by the nurse with a barrage of verbal anger to ambulance personnel for arriving 6.30pm when their cutoff time for arrivals is 5pm! After been taken to his room and care assistants being wonderful in helping to get him into bed. I then went to talk to nurse as there was No staff anywhere on the 1st floor to inform them of his particular needs. Was told to 'just go and find someone, they will be in a room somewhere' 'she to busy putting his medication on the system' I went to another nurse and asked does nobody want to know anything about my uncle before I leave him here? No! she'll read the notes! So first impressions, Nurses are rude, no concern for needs of patient or their family members. Their priority was getting clocked off and not being late to leave work.
