Giving 5 days notice to visit family member to be told different rules every time I visit 3 to a bed last week I have booked again and then they book other people on same day so I cant go in very upset

Some of the staff here are so unprofessional, my daughter worked a shift here and its one of them, if your face doesnt fit lets just say, can only assume it was a senior who was vile towards my daughter, manners cost nothing love

Very happy with the care of my auntie, all the staff are very attentive, welcoming and friendly. My aunt settled in straight away and is very happy there.
