Very sad to see the mocking of your elderly residents on the news tonight. The reason people are angry is because we trust and hope that the carers look after our parents when family members are not about, so when you see them mocking them like this it instills fear about what else is really going on behind closed doors. To then stoop so low and post it on social media sites beggars belief. I would be worried with a parent in this home.

In light of the video posted by the staff working here, I can only ask myself one single question: Has the World gone mad?! Later edit after the response: You copied and pasted the same response to all the negative reviews. It wasn't just "a couple of mindless people", there are more than 5 different staff in the videos. Even the tone of the reply is inadequate. In order for the staff to get to this level of mocking people and having time for TikTok videos at work, surely there is no professionalism or authority in there.

Watching the hideous behaviour of staff in adult nappies dancing down the corridor!!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!!! Hope they were punished severely. But sadly it makes you think about the standard of care!!
