I really cannot recommend this care home enough. Mum had to go into the home just before lock down March 2020, as I couldn't visit her I was so worried that she would just think we had abandoned her!! With the outstanding care of the carers she settled in wonderfully, I have managed to visit her a few times over the last 10 months, after lock down there was a designated garden area for distance visiting and now there is a purpose built , covid safe "pod" . Mum looks so well and happy. Her surroundings are beautiful, the few times I had visited inside the home before the lock down it was spotlessly clean, I could take a few tips from the extensive menus! I am just so very grateful for the care mum is getting

I sing at many homes and this home in particular really makes me think what a great home. I have observed whilst setting up ready for my show the staff being very caring and talking to the residents as if there there own mum or dad. The residents faces light up when staff go over to sit or chat or dance with them, like they have a great relationship with all the staff. The home smells nice and is clean which I think is very important. Robert the activity co ordinater is so so good at his job, he's friendly, caring, approachable, he knows the residents inside out for instance letting me know who enjoys country music or that one gentleman in particular used to also be a professional singer when he was younger, I made sure he got a turn to sing alone and he loved it! Robert also made sure I was felt very welcome and will even make my roadie a cup of tea! so 10/10 to this home! looking forward to my return.
