Bridgeway Care Home

This has to be the best and happiest home Ive ever been to. All the staff and residents are so welcoming, kind, caring and compassionate. Noting is ever too much trouble. Theres been a lot of improvements to the home over the past few months and the place looks fantastic. Very person centred with an open door policy to family and friends. More homes should follow the way Bridgeway Care Home does things. Great place and great people.

I have been a student gaining experience here over the course of eight weeks. This experience gave me the privilege of seeing how things are run. I can honestly say that all the staff are hard working and do their absolute best to provide person centred care to each resident. The manager and deputy manager are both very approachable and are heavily/visually involved in the day to day running of the care home. The range of needs, care and support are the first priority to all staff, especially the nurses. I had the privilege of shadowing the clinical lead nurse, who is amazing and so dedicated to making sure the right care is delivered to all the residents. This really is a fantastic home and I only wish I could have stayed longer!

This is probably as good as a care home can be. The carers are so friendly & the home is so well run. As a family we are very happy to have found it.

Amazing care home. The atmosphere inside is one of friends and no stress for the residents. All the staff are friendly and very dedicated. The manager is very hands on and is doing a great job. It's a shame other care homes aren't like this one.
