Smart Kids Nursery and Childcare

I couldnt recommend this nursery enough they are so friendly and helpful, the staff are always friendly and are always happy to chat about range of topics, the staff are very approachable, I have always felt supported and well informed of any changes regarding my child and receive weekly updates of there progress through there online system, very good nursery, children are supported and encouraged throughout there nursery experiences.

I recently joined the team in January this year and i wanted to say how proud i am of how far we have come as a team. I can only speak for myself but i am sure the girls will agree when i say our dedication to the care of the children is reflected in how happy the children are to come to nursery! Leaving your child in the care of others is a daunting thought for many but its a step that comes with many positives. We work hard as a team on a day to day basis to ensure activities are exciting, engaging and supportive of all the childrens development. Excited to see what the future holds at Smart Kids, up and onwards! Well done girls!

My little one joined the baby room several months ago. Being a covid baby we knew the transition would be difficult, but the team where fantastic. He's settled in so well and happily attends nursery now. It wouldn't have been possible without the team. We felt he was valued for himself and treated in a manner to make him feel the most comfortable. Both massive points for parents leaving their little ones in the care of someone else. He is a much more confident little boy who now interacts with other children. We can see the massive change in him. Would definitely recommend

At Smart Kids, they have a fantastic, professional team. Creating an exciting environment that ensures children come to nursery with a smile on their face as they learn each day. All the hard work and dedication is reflected in our Ofsted report and I can't wait to see the next steps!

Over the course of a few years Ive seen this nursery slip from a vibrant, communicative and well staffed nursery to near the polar opposite. Communications are rarely responded to by management/office staff, the staffing quality has majorly gone down hill with the best staff members leaving in short order. They have gone from outstanding to inadequate on the most recent OFSTED report. The most shocking part is the hygiene quality was specifically noted as being bad and this is during a pandemic! Disgusting. Will not be sending my other child here
