        Had a young girl, assuming new starter as didnt have a uniform on, also didnt really know what she was doing. When doing my nails, cut me 3 times, made my nails so sore by filing to hard, this is also how she cut me, with the file, put too much solution on when building my ombr nails up so now they are mega thick and look bumpy, didnt do my eyebrows properly, had to go home and re do them my self. She was that rough I actually asked whether it was because she didnt like me! Ha. Then when it came to paying I was stood waiting around whilst she was setting up her place for her next client. Another lady finally told her to take the payment from me. Will never return, such a shame as the other nail lady seemed so nice and knew what she was talking about when helping her lady picking colours for her nails and some of the designs look fabulous, unfortunately I am now showing my plasters off instead of my nails.
