        Ive been wanting to get into a gym like this for years always putting it off, this is the first beginners course Ive seen to be honest. And wow wasn't it great! People of all ages, genders, race and backgrounds. Top quality training & top quality coaches who can adapt to anyones skill level. Really recommend trying it out! And the beginners course was perfect for me, it might be for you too.
