We used Jaime for our mortgage 2 years ago and I have recommended him to others a few times now - with all I've recommended him to being as satisfied with his service as us. We were first time buyers and started talking with him just before lockdown but, everything changed dramatically during lockdown in regards to deposits etc but Jaime was absolutely brilliant in helping us figure it all out! We used Crowley Mortgages after a recommendation from our neighbour. We were allocated Jaime to be our mortgage broker and we are so grateful we decided to use them. They made the process, simple and easy for us. As first time buyers, we didn't really know where to start with mortgages. However, Jaime made it simple for us and it was the least stressful part of our transaction! We also bought our life insurance through them and they found us much better deals than what we found online for ourselves. If you want a simple, easy and proactive mortgage broker, who is reasonably priced, these are the guys to go with. We 100% recommend them. No question is too silly and they are prompt to answer. This is my second experience of using Jaime at Crowley's. Once for a re-mortgage and most recently for a house move. The sevice was second to none, quick and simple. It really isn't worth the hassle of trying to do it yourself! Jaime has the utmost time and patience, and is always ready to offer advice. Will be going back when it's time to re-mortgage again. Absolutely top class. Highly Recommened
