Complete Care Shop

We ordered a bed rail yesterday after using your friendly website. The process was quick, easy and uncomplicated. The bed rail arrived this morning, excellent service. The rail was easy to fit and adjust just like the description. I am looking forward to safe secure sleeping and not ending up half conscious on the cold floor anymore. This company is unbelievable. Firstly they sent out a previously used item then after numerous calls and eventually speaking to one of three managers to complain I was assured it would be delivered on Saturday. I was told I would receive a 15% discount. I agreed to continue with the order. Here we are Saturday - it has not arrived. I called the shop speaking to the person I had previously spoken to on numerous occasions - guess what its not coming !!! I spoke to yet another manager and now I am waiting for refund After previously been told that my refund would take 3 - 5 working days its now going to be a couple of hours. The young man I have spoken to and his supervisor Vicky have the worst attitude ever. - I was made to feel that I was a bother to them. Billy one of the managers promised me the delivery today She is off spoken to another manager. I dont know how big this company is but the number of staff that need training in customer services Complete care. More like dont care !!

My mam bought an airflow mattress which is not fit for purpose, this company sold her an expensive rock hard blow up mattress with no airflow movement whatsoever and won't honour a refund, appalling way to treat a care home resident ,
