Waited twice for them to contact me regarding picking up a hoist. Text me at 3:37 saying the driver will be there before 3:43 so that gives me 6 minutes to drive 7 miles to my late mothers house to meet them only to be told that the driver came at 3:30 and couldnt access the property. That happened twice. They were adamant they had sent me a text in the morning which they hadnt so they were basically calling me a liar. The second time I had to hold onto the keys for an extra 3 days plus weekend for them. Absolutely useless communication between customer service and the driver. Had to move the hoist to a different location so that it doesnt get locked in the council property or disposed of by the council. Will try once more and if they dont pick it up it will be getting skipped

Very quick to deliver equipment but dreadfully slow to collect ,several missed appointments to collect a hospital bed that we had for my mother. 4 weeks after her death the bed is still waiting in our dining room to be collected which is extremely upsetting for all the family. This company does not care about customer service in the slightist and its all about dragging out the hire of the equipment. My wife has wasted 2 days off working waiting for collections that still haven't happened.

Truly terrible company - sent untrained staff to assemble a vital piece of equipment. They left it in a dangerous condition. The work still hasnt been rectified because the appointments process is fundamentally broken and the call centre staff are both unhelpful and rude.

experience! So far we have had a bed and two chairs from medequip and the experience has been just plane awful. the bed we got took over a month for them to get right. our recent chair was delivered with all wrong size parts on it and on first use we noticed a split in the wire and soon as my daughter got into it it just went straight down. I was told it would be getting swapped for a different chair but this never happened, instead a guy came to confirm it was broke and see if he could get a new remote. this took 2 weeks and when fitted raised the chair up but now it won't move. 0T and the rep came out for the equipment who told us we should of never recieved the chair as when it's the age ours is it should of been sent to rep first for to be reconditioned and that again it should of been set the correct size at a bare MINIMUM. customer service line is mostly irrelevant as inner communication between the company is practically none existant. you carnt send images of what's wrong with equipment leaving you to wait weeks for someone to come out and do a report it, then a couple more weeks to arrange a repair.
