These guys have no idea what they are doing and completely ruined my laptop. I took it in because the charging port had failed, it was working perfectly from the battery. After a month of chasing them constantly they gave it back completely dead and said they couldn't fix it. It turned out they had put the case back together without reconnecting the screen, fan, battery, wifi, keyboard or anything else, just left the wires rattling around inside. There were also screws and component covers completely missing. Even when everything was reconnected It would not even power on. I had to sell it for parts and buy a replacement. I estimate they cost me 350 in damage. I would never recommend anyone use them ever.

Had a cracked screen. They Put a new one on. Screen was faulty (pressing itself) sent it back, they put another screen on as that one was probably faulty in his words. Again, same problem. Took it back a 3rd time to get my phone back with the same problem, Face ID no longer works and my vibrate is making a weird sound. Then offered me an iPhone 13 cheaper hmmm take from this review what you will. My iPhone 11 Pro Max is now unusable. Cheers.
