We were donating a table an 4 dining chairs, a sofa and two chairs and two wardrobes. Pick up guys arrived 2 hours late, they took the wardrobes but wouldnt take the table or the chairs as we hadnt dismantled it. We werent even told to dismantle it beforehand. They then said the sofa and chairs were too big! They reluctantlyloaded the sofa and one chair onto their van and said theyd return for the second chair. In the meantime they then told us that the sofa had woodworm so they unloaded it all again. They told us to get in touch with a charity that donates to people in need as they arent picky Weve had the sofa and chairs checked.no woodworm. Honestly we wont be donating to the BHF again.

Refused to take sofas this morning. The reason being that the fire safety labels were out of date. Spoke to customer services who said that isn't a reason they've ever heard of. Once it's got a fire label it can be collected. Now having to destroy the sofas which could've been donated for what should be a good cause
