The Village: Luxury Student Accommodation

I lived here while studying for my Masters degree - hated the city, but this accommodation was amazing. The flats are modern, spacious, comfy, quiet, and cosy. Mine had an amazing view of the train line! The handyman on site was brilliant too, really friendly and helpful.

Run by the worst estate agents in Preston so that already says a lot about the owner. Money hungry fiends. Even if each flat you rent is putting 5k+ in the landlords pockets he wont spend 30 getting the flat cleaned even if you leave it in the cleanest way possible! No care for any of the students living at the residence, if theres an issue and you call one of the two numbers behind the doors one wont answer and the other will tell you to call the previous one. What a joke. I was asked by the estate agents while living there to leave a good review on google so heres my review...All the pictures look nice and the place is close to the university but technically you will be living in a cheaply renovated warehouse. So if youve already signed a contract this year, take extra heaters be safe, and try not to live in the property because if you do, you might just get charged ridiculous amounts. Be smart, find another accommodation.
