Wow what an absolute pleasure to deal with an outstanding retailer. I purchased a table lamp which unfortunately arrived faulty. I spoke with them to discuss matter, and within a few emails I have a replacement on its way to me, arriving today !!! A day later ... what a great service . If I could award the Lighting Room ten stars I would have no hesitation. I am completely blown away by the two hand painted porcelain lamps with shades I received yesterday, they are amazing and a great price. I ordered on Sunday and would have received them on Wednesday had I been at home so Parcel Force delivered the following day and the lamps and shades came in two huge boxes with loads of stuff inside to protect them from any breakage. I will definitely be ordering again from this store, first class all round.

Lots of different styles of lighting on display at reasonable prices. Although the lighting we wanted was not on display we were able to order what we wanted and it will be sent to our home address. The member of staff we saw was very friendly and helpful.

I have recently purchased 2 of the Elstead Artisan black table lamps and the 3 arm chandelier to match Both of a very good quality and look stunning. Also received good customer care on telephone, will definitely use the Lighting Room again and may even pay you a visit in Preston
