        The rudest staff I have ever faced. Constantly accused us of trying to argue with them when all we were doing was informing them of how much trouble their tenants have been bringing us.

        Unfortunately I cannot rate this estate agent any lower, They pull their feet when work needs doing I lost thousands because they couldnt be bothered to fix my plumbing, all that was needed was a different pipe. Now they completely ignore me even though the landlord asked them to release the deposit (illegal). Also note that they do not put your deposit in a bond scheme, In all a very dodgy company, Do yourself a favour and do not use this letting agent.

        Great estate agents. Went above and beyond. Seller was dragging their heels, and these guys did everything they could to help. Ringing the sellers solicitors, chasing up needed paperwork.
