Following puddling problems from an earlier brick paving installation (Distinctive Driveways, Leyland), I contacted David at Acorn. They examined the issue and recommended that a section of paving, approx 26 sq m, be lifted and regraded to provide the correct fall, to alleviate the problem. After heavy rains, in March, their work was thoroughly tested, without any signs of the previous issues recurring. I can say that every aspect of their work was first class and would not hesitate to recommend them. Service: Excavation & grading

I came across Acorn whilst searching for a company to transform my neglected garden into a low maintenance one for a reasonable price. After reading all the reviews and looking through the photos of their work I decided to contact them and I am so pleased that I did. The whole process from start to finish with this company has been great. Terry did the site visit within a few days and was very helpful, offering advice and reassurance over any concerns I had, David the designer was a pleasure to deal with and always responded quickly to any alterations I requested or queries about the design. Graham arrived with his team to carry out the work on the date I was given. I really cant fault their workmanship, professionalism and commitment (especially when the weather conditions became very wet and wintery!) to ensure that the job was completed to plan and in the timescale given. The team at Acorn were fantastic from start to finish. The attention to detail from the initial meeting was one of the reasons I went with them over any other company. They were friendly and professional. I loved that you could see the design before making a decision and the cost breakdown was really helpful. Im so pleased with the end result, they worked so hard even in the freezing weather over December. I would highly recommend using Acorn.
