        Went to Pandora for the first time to buy a ring. Served by a gentleman called Lewis, who was very helpful.

        Nice shop but not very good customer service, two girls would have a conversation with each other than serve their customers when we ask question they just pointed draw with rings and none willing to help and continued their conversation. Finally we'll been served by friendly man but we also have to ask him for help because that rings which we looking for was in hidden draw(I'm sure that girls knew about that) Staff look nice but not doing a very great job.

        Went in today and was served by Samantha, I usually feel uncomfortable in places like that as I get looked down on by alot of staff but she was lovely and helped us find everything we needed

        30 min queue just to collect an order is a bit much, especially when told I could just pop in by customer services without joining the queue
