Really helped me. The Therapist was amazing. Non judgemental, professional, and amazing results.

Initially this organisation looks professional, but once in the system expect admin delays, basic errors, and clinicians who are our of touch with reality and do not keep to signed patient-client contracts. Still awaiting refund for over 2000 invested in this dead end. Sorry to have to write this as good therapy companies so badly needed.

After 20 years of agoraphobia and panic attacks, I thought I had found the service I desperately needed. They offered hypnotherapy, EMDR and VR therapy. The suggested 12 week plan became 18 weeks at 100 each. The plan was not followed and at 15 wk I'd received 10 mins of EMDR. No other therapies other than talking. When asked about the VR therapy the therapist didn't know that's what I had signed up for. She clearly wasn't trained in this and it became apparent it was a disaster. It's claimed they hadn't had a client using an android phone for this before yet promote it as online therapy. Lots of other clear difficulties with admin procedures and inconsistencies. When challenged they claimed It's a 12 week therapeutic relationship building. That's not what my plan said and expensive at 100 ph. A full refund was offered 27/10/22 within 5 days. Now they say there is a cash flow problem and they don't know when I'll get my 1695 back! I'm now having to send begging letters and having to take legal action. The whole experience has caused additional anxiety. Sadly feeling failed again after such big promises.

Breathe Therapies and SEED were my last hope for my daughter as she had been battling with anorexia and bulimia for several years without getting appropriate care from NHS mental health services. We were in danger of losing our precious girl to this cruel illness. On her first meeting with Shelley, my daughter said, Mum she gets me. Then began the long, slow recovery journey. Shelley is not only a highly qualified clinician with years of experience and expertise, she has also suffered with an eating disorder herself and made a full recovery. Hence she has dedicated her life to helping others recover too. To anyone reading this, who is suffering with an eating disorder or is a parent, carer or a loved one, Id just like you to know that recovery is possible. It takes time and patience, but you can get there with the right sort of support. The family support is also an important part and I found this really helped me cope in the darkest times. Thank you Shelley and the team for everything.
