Ordered a fridge for a delivery before Christmas, arrived damaged. Unfortunately only found now as I wanted to take it out for cleaning. Shame I haven't checked it during delivery, but hey, why wouldn't I trust you?

A big thank you to Paul who went above and beyond at very short notice today to replace my dad's Fridge freezer. Would and have always recommended Preslec to everyone I know. Forget the big named stores these guys are exceptional on price and always amazing customer service. Merry Christmas

Reading the reviews here they seem to have a high customer satisfaction. However the quality they treat staff is questionable. My partner was working for them for a few weeks however due to my own work injury 2 weeks ago, my partner had to be off. To which he called the company and they advised him to look after me. I was late leaving the hospital and we were extremely tired. The next day he got sacked. I took a star off for this reason. The other was late weekly payment to which they said he will get paid Friday, this made our bills bounce and not once he supposed to get paid this Friday. I felt blamed for my partner losing his job. We tried calling them for payment that he is owed or a reason he was even sacked but nothing. I hope to here from them soon. My partner loved this job and spoke nothing but highly about it. I'm very disappointed how he was treated
