        Bought a velum window whose frame was damaged when I opened the box. Having sent photos of the damage I was asked to supply more photos. No resolution offered. Builder has had to use silica to prevent water ingress after this company decided to ignore my texts. Buyer beware. Competitive prices but you might get damaged goods as I have. Customer care a big zero.
