Wignalls Estate Agents

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately, I had to pull out a sale due to lack of communication from the sales team. Myself and partner had to chase the sales team for over 4 weeks and we did not hear anything back, we were always told it was on their "to do list" and that they would feedback to us however this never happened and therefore we had to constantly try and chase them to no avail. I understand it is a busy time for the housing market however this should not impact on the customer service provided. We were also advised to chase the sellers solicitors ourselves. The house we were buying was beautiful however it was a shame it was not up for sale by a different agent. We both felt like a hindrance when we contacted Wignalls and would strongly advise to use a different estate agent. We have raised a complaint to Wignalls however they have not acknowledged or taken any responsibility for their poor customer service.

In this day and age selling a property is a challenge, add to that a global pandemic plus a huge financial gain in the stamp duty holiday and the pressure mounts. The Wignalls team faced many challenges during the course of our sale, each one was met with professionalism and diligence with a relentless drive to complete to our satisfaction. Putting the customer first always and meeting their commitments to us ensured we did complete. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Wignalls if you are considering moving or letting a property. Thank you team Wignalls!!!

Friendly, efficient and great value for money. Sold my house in two weeks and handled it right the way to completion, so happy I chose Wignalls!

Wignalls were extremely professional and very helpful when selling my grandmas property. Nothing was too much trouble - Graham in particular was very helpful and took care of all the viewings without me being present which was such a great help with me living miles away. They were in constant contact once offers came in and made the whole process very quick and painless - in my opinion very good value for money and would happily recommend them.
