        Very disappointed. A lack of product knowledge, meaning it cost us quite a lot of money to get our hob to function as it should. A lack of communication , a rather casual approach, i.e. nothing in writing, despite having requested a quote. Would not recommend.

        From start to finish it was a great experience ,Steve knows his stuff and the quality of our new kitchen is amazing. Don't usual recommend anyone but felt its well deserved .Thank you to all the Mark Stephens team.
