        I travelled 30 mins to the store and there was an open sign on the door however no one was there. I tried ringing the number twice and there was no answer. It was a wasted trip.

        My Order Number:- #23161 I am very disappointed with this company Desi Posh. I ordered two outfits for myself and my daughter last week, the outfit came today, when I opened the outfits the beads from the Duphatta was all off and falling everywhere. I contacted the company and spoke to Muskan today and she said to email the admin team regarding the faulty goods and refund. I received a response from the company saying I need to pay for the return and for the original delivery and it will take 28 days for the refund. I am annoyed that they want to charge me for the return plus the original delivery of a faulty product provided by them. This is very unprofessional and immoral what this company is doing. I will be taking this further and be writing to the trading standards. Rubina
