Following multiple life-threatening critical illnesses with a steep recovery path in 2019, I sought Jennifers experience and help, which has been a major factor of the successful recovery Ive achieved in the past 3 years. Id go as far as saying it has been life-saving, certainly a future-shaping. We covered 3 areas in this time: processing what Id been through, guiding me steadily through the toughest recovery of my life and helping me prepare for the future. I was able to understand why people act/react how they do, how the human brain works and hung on to all the advice through each stage. We processed my illness and traumatic early recovery, enabling me to embrace what had happened and what I went through, not only preventing PTSD kicking in, but also turning it all into a positive. We also worked through the coping mechanisms and I learned the methods and tools to help me both along the way and for the future. Ultimately I was able to methodically and steadily progress through my recovery and return to work and normal life. Simply amazing and I cant thank Jennifer and the team enough. Eddie.

I wanted to trycounselling for my health anxiety about myheart condition whichwas made worse by the anxiety. Hannah Ashcroft has been amazing throughout. She was understanding, compassionate and made me feel relaxed. I had 5 sessions and made a marked improvement after a couple of sessions. I have now been given techniques to continue on my own. I feel so much better and I am now getting on with my life and living it to the full by using all the CBT that I learnt. I have accepted my heart condition will always be with me and to not fear it. I highly recommend CBT with Hannah

They won't tell you what the 'Therapists' qualifications are and when i questioned this they blocked me on facebook. A lot of ex nurses now call.themselves 'therapists' but don't possess the relevant qualifications. So be careful of this organisation. Re the answer from this organisation--- I wouldn't use any organisation who blocks people on facebook just because they asked about staff qualifications and by the way a counselling certificate does not make you a therapist!

Been for 3 sessions with the osteopath Geraldine and back next week, its a long journey for me but so worth it. She works wonders! Not easy working with someone who has hyper-mobility but Im please to say my neck doesnt wobble around and click half as much anymore and my shoulder no longer feels pulled up into my head. highly recommend the clinic and the other brilliant services they offer too!
