Absolutely rubbish, a few excellent members of staff! The rest are unable to communicate in English, unable to use equipment, ie slide sheet and hoisting, rushing visits. Poor training given before hand. Don't think it's the carers fault, poor management and greedy owners. AVOID .

Absolutely shocking,take advantage of vulnerable old people!was paying for 30 min,just to sit and keep my dad company as he has dementia.the majority of the staff were leaving within 9 min.and when I ask the manager to to send the 2 ladies he liked and felt comfortable with,she told me it had nothing to do with me,as the contract was with the council!and he will get whoever they send!
