Ordered a few items on November 2022. Never received any of them since then, no information about my order except that it is still "in process" 2 months later. But, after contacting the customer service, they sent my orders once again and I received then with no problem :)

On the www it says 2-4 weeks delivery, we have waited 2months. Second time we had bad experience, last time after waiting for almost 2 moths, were sent wrong colour leotard, I have to pay for postage to get the correct one sent to me. Will definitely not be ordering, ever again and will never recommend to anyone.

Ordered trampoline shoes arrived in 3 days had to return as they didn't fit had invoice through saying they had received them back.waited 10 days for replacement then sent email saying I had not received them.The reply came asking how l had payed sent another saying it was a exchange no reply.Telephoned2 days later to be told I need to pay4.30 for postage l should have been told this at the begining.At last l have received them.postage was1.13.bad customer service will not buy from them again
