Awful service I've been waiting 4 months on a refund for an eye test, I was told on 16/9/2021 they were sending payment but I never received it. I rang again today to be told it takes time seriously 4 months. So far I have called them 10 times and had to resend information I don't know how many times.

Not paid for work undertaken, and can't get anyone to care, laughed at and 12 calls later out of pocket , this is going to end with legal action being taken to get payment, apparently we are not registered with them although we have been for over 17 years and been paid, until now, staff won't even answer who they work for!!
