Halsall Heating

Wouldn't use again, polite and pleasant, but had no idea what was up with my boiler, guy phoned his mate at alpha to try to determine the fault, claimed they found issues but still insisted may not work if a block was to be found. Advised me cost of parts would have another 40% added on top of the costs by them, didn't leave me feeling confident at all. Cost was 75 but as I didn't have correct money felt obliged to pay 80. Not great when I only get 334.91 to live off. 80 to be none the wiser. Service: Heating system repair

Called out as pressure falling in boiler. Advised of 75 call out fee. Engineer came. was unsure of problem. On site for 20 minutes. Told us to turn off the heating part and monitor. Monitored and called back to advise that would be another fee as wasnt covered by first as was a return call at a cost of 75 per hour. Queried this as fault was not able to be ascertained on first visit and we were told to monitor. Still No there will be a further charge. Unapproachable company more interested in over charging.

After getting no response from other companies I eventually found Halsall Heating on google and so glad I did. They answered my call immediately and booked in my boiler servicing within 48hrs, they turned up on time, very friendly and clean whilst servicing the boiler... very good price too, keep up the good work guys!
