REPLYING TO YOUR RESPONSE: Lying is not going to favour your business, if you were competent youd have known I spoke to Matt the VERY SAME DAY to alert him you gave me the car back with a light out. Claiming I rang 2 weeks later is hilarious and just shows you arent honest people, very happy I took my business elsewhere. Another lie you told was that you rejected my business but when I came to collect my car you wanted to sort it out. I was the one who told you I was taking my car. How can an MOT be done yet hours later the same day the light goes out. Very very strange coincidence. I can only assume what tampering has been done. Charged a crazy price for repairs first negative, but the main issue was me providing my car with the lights working but they gave it me back without one light not working. If the light was working when given to them but broken after it was given to me they should have offered to do to repair for free or a hugely discounted rate. No effort was made to help me out and they couldnt accept fault and said it was a coincidence. Poor customer service not trying to retain customers. They got their large payment originally and didnt care for my smaller repairs after. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used this garage a couple of times and the repairs have been perfect and fast! they are always polite and helpful! Last week I took my car to have its windscreen motor repaired which halfords told me needed doing urgently so I booked in with my local garage I took it to be done and was told it didnt need doing which was really Honest and saved me 300 I am a young woman who doesnt know much about cars, You do hear horror stories of woman being ripped off, But you wont get that here! I will always use this garage and would recommend it to all my family and friend THANK YOU Service: General repairs & maintenance
