If I could give less than 1 star I would. Awful customer service. Disgusting malpractice and mistreatment. Unprofessional and rude. Do not rent with this company! They could not care less about the treatment of paying customers.

I applied for a new rental property and the process was really easy. Everything is easily completed online and really simple to navigate. This is my first time renting through an estate agents and I was concerned about the time the process was going to be but I needn't have worried. The staff all responded really quickly to my emails and any questions were answered just as fast. Thank you for making a very stressed out and worried person feel at ease! Brilliant service by all members of staff at the Fulwood branch and all stars are fully deserved!

I rung earlier to enquire about a property and spoke to a lovely, friendly lad by the name of Liam. He was very helpful and sounded very professional. Overall, a very good service from a member of the Preston branch :)
