        We used Jenni Shoreman for two transactions, one selling and one buying a property. Both had issues, especially the one we were buying, as our relatives, who had lived there for 34 years, were not registered as the owners. It took a lot of time to overcome many obstacles, but Jenni and Mandy were fantastic. Communication was great throughout, they chased the other parties constantly, and always responded quickly to our queries. It is the second time I have used Marsden Rawsthorn and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

        Legal Ombudsman decision pending. Little Miss Muffett left the firm? Wouldn't touch with a bargepole. If anyone has suffered poor service, negligence or bare-faced written lies from the Directors or practice manager, do not be afraid to seek legal advice or complain to the Legal Ombudsman. Where there's one, there'll be another. If you choose to appoint them for a complex matter, you have been warned. They will charge you 000s and then shamelessly leave you in the lurch. Remedy band 5k-10k for one upheld complaint. Firm declined to take responsibility for decisions of non-qualified staff, to tell the truth and begin dispute resolution. Makes you wonder what murky secrets lie beneath the surface
