Seed Street Car Park

Drove in thinking it was Hill street where I was meeting a friend. Parked, got out looked at the board which doesnt even have the name on. Drove out. Total time 5 minutes from entering to exiting. Fine of 100 which I have appealed. Daylight robbery. Despicable unethical private company, Parking Eye. You cannot read the charges unless you drive in. You have the right to view the terms and conditions and choose not to park. Do not park here! Edited to add I appealed this charge first with Parking Eye who immediately rejected it and then with POPLA and I was successful. Do not be intimidated.

Received parking fine 60 for parking for 1 hour and 29 minutes and I did paid before parking. They are robbing people this is not the first time.

Dont park here yet another money making scheme,PCN can be appealed but will be rejected,so you will have to appeal to Popla with the risk of paying 100 if you lose.Told me I had no ticket then after appealing told me I had paid the incorrect fee! No Phone number or Email to contact them on.Bring on the Goverment reforms due in 2023.
