Really great experience. Our builder has worked with Mastercraft for years and won't use anyone else for quality sliding doors. We've just had a large sunroom extension with high doors and angled glass sides and the service from Jim (specifying and managing the job) and his installation team has been excellent. They really couldn't have been more helpful and the quality of the large sliding doors provided is as good as I'd hoped for. I also had a new main front door, garage personnel door and windows too. I worked with Jim to get the best spec and value for money. He had no problem going through a few iterations with different suppliers until we were completely happy. Needless to say they were fitted and finished quickly and efficiently. I'd have no hesitation recommending Mastercraft for any door and window requirements.

An excellent experience. Strongly recommend this company. Booked an appointment for a quote on a large conservatory. Met by Jim who is a technical fitter not a salesman. He answered all my questions, discussed all my options and left me feeling happy I was getting what I wanted. I got two other quotes and the experience was about hard selling and closing the deal. Mastercraft fitted my conservatory just 3 weeks ago. It looks fabulous and has added another dimension to my home, especially now we are all spending so much time there. Last week I noticed one of the doors started "squeaking" when operating the doors. Jim had an engineer call the following morning who sorted it within minutes. Jim followed it up with a courtesy call. Thoroughly delighted
