        Went to stewart Longton caravans,after having a bad experience with another caravan retailer,dropped in here and spoke to Neil, who was fab, he put us at ease, and we ended up buying a brand new caravan

        Recently traded in for a brand new sprite caravan, can't fault the service that we received, including a very minor warranty issue which has been dealt with very well to date. Have also used the service department in the past which was also very good so I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

        See attached full damp report after a full service, what a unprofessional shambles. 300 for a service and that is what the customer is handed. One of the problems is excessive creaking from furniture, they can't find it so there not fixing, I assume they call this after sales support Never mind longton's, it only cost us 26000. I am now having to deal with Swift direct, even though we bought this caravan 11 months ago from this company. I will not be returning again.
