AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! This business is a scam. Like another reviewer, I ordered products via their website but never received, I have phoned multiple times and told me they would get them sent the next day.. guess what, never arrived. Months later I'm asking for my money back, and now no response at all to multiple emails. This is clearly a common practice for them. I sent them a final warning, which they ignored, and now I must take legal action against them. I will go to the ends of earth to ensure that the business suffers because of this. Bathroom Trend, Kitchen Trend, are all owned by NGD Plumbing & Heating Supplies Ltd.

NGD plumbing and heating also known as bathroom trend. Terrible customer service. If I could give minus stars I would. Charged for items not ordered. Wrong items and wrong replacement items delivered. Items were paid for but not ordered by ngd. Nothing arrived by the start date. The plumbers were waiting around for items for 4 days. Had to extend the skip. All extra costs. NGD didnt seem to care. Finally arranged a refund but he kept promising me the money then only part repaid, still waiting for the rest. He seems to be very disorganised and doesnt return calls or text. The showroom never seems to be open. I would look elsewhere as I had to order the items from elsewhere anyway due to everything being wrong or not delivered.

Never received the product ordered through their online store. Have called multiple times and only managed to get through twice. Both times promised a call back immediately, but never heard from them again. Will have to reclaim money through bank. Cannot recommend using.

An excellent and a very professional service from both Danny and Gareth. Both these gentlemen sourced ALL the items required in my order for a new bathroom and ensuite units at the best prices. Delivery was prompt and all items received. These guys have the right mentality of how a business should operate for its customers and I shall definitely be using them again, meanwhile I shall be spreading the word to family and friends alike. Thank you both once again.
