        They have left us with no gas for five days!? Everytime I ring they can't get you off the phone quick enough. They also advise you pick up from their Preston office as that is where I am based. Turns out it is not an office at all. It's a car parking hut they drop the bottles off at. The people in the hut know nothing about their working they just accept the bottles when Home Heat drop them off. So dissappointed and will be looking for a new gas tank supplier when the new bottle eventually arrives.
