Kexgill

I have lived with kexgil for 3 years, the whole team is incredibly supportive and more than just a landlord, they genuinely care about their students. Repairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Wellbeing is at the forefront of everything they do and they regularly put on events to ensure students have opportunities to meet one another. I would highly recommend anyone looking for student accommodation in preston to talk to kexgill.

I wouldn't recommend this accommodation enough as they weren't just my landlord they were a family to me away from home especially when I found it hard, they found ways to support me and always offered me advice and they accommodation itself was amazing and matance team was amazing

The staff were always helpful throughout my degree. They were always there for when i needed them. They fixed any repairs in my flat in a timely manner, and i would always recommend this accommodation for price and staff as they go above and beyond for everyone

I'm currently in my second year living with Kexgill and have signed the contract for the following year. My experience in Boatmans court flat and my current house have been brilliant. The maintenance and office staff are lovely and always willing to help. Although we've had a few issues with the house, the staff have always been willing to help out and find a solution. Not only that, they are open to suggestions and do lots for student support. Would 100% recommend

Kexgill have been really great this year, I'm currently staying in a house with them and it's a really nice size and location for the price we are paying. All bills have been included which is great. They generally get straight on it with any problems we report and are always willing to take additions to the house (we had shelves added throughout the house). We have had quite a few problems but i think this is largely because the previous tenants were pretty bad, never reporting any issues and living quite unhygienic lives. Would definitely recommend them for houses or flats.
