        I absolutely love attending the ladies only gym classes here surrounded by friendly, professional and non-judgemental instructors and women. I would recommend Project Fit Preston to ladies who are enthusiastic about fitness and equally to beginners who want to step into exercising! Cannot applaud the work they do enough!! Absolutely brilliant!!!
