        Hiya all Bellevue rooms are nice and modern . Location to place is near town . Staff is really friendly . I am really recommend this place to live . Perfect for students and professional

        This people doesn't give the caution deposit back even though there is not any damage to anything. They simply find some reasons and doesn't give back and a poor service. They didnt give me 150 caution deposit..really upset...

        Had trouble receiving commission, although I finally received it. Had to pop in almost everyday in their office for 5 days. Felt really devalued and shameful to ask for 60 daily. Later, I discovered that some other agents had also gone through same situation. I didn't do enough research on this company before getting students for their properties. Please read their tenancy agreement carefully before signing. Could be really rude at times. There are plenty of student accomodations like Tramshed, Warehouse Apartments, Moor Lane Halls that provide much better quality and luxury at almost the same price. They really value agents; offer really good commissions which are credited into your account within 48 hours. The photos on the website of Bellevue Accommodation don't reveal the reality. Houses are really shabby and it's been ages since they were last refurbished. You might have a good time requesting back your deposit. So good luck for it.
