Would highly recommend Liz if youre struggling and need help. I had 10 sessions and feel I learned something different from each. Liz also provides worksheets that I can now refer back to going forward in my own time when I feel its necessary. I was made to feel at ease from my very first session until my last which allowed me to be open and honest and get the most from my time with Liz.

Me and Liz have been working together for a number a of months and have gone from strength to strength in terms of progression and recovery. She creates a great environment/atmosphere to have therapy in and is extremely diligent in her practices. Shes truly helped me piece my life back together and the change has been noticeable to those around me. Liz is also one of the nicest people you could wish to meet and is extremely easy to get a long with which also will help you a long your journey.

If you're out there struggling and need help, you could do no better than Liz. Liz made me feel comfortable straight away with her welcoming, warm, and kind personality. Liz is a complete professional - extremely knowledgeable but very well balanced with kindness and compassion. I would go as far as saying that Liz has helped to save my life. 100% recommended.
