        Graham bought my old Rover as scrap for cash last year. He took the cars papers leaving me with a copy of page 9 of the V5C/3 and said he would sort the paperwork out with the DVLA as stated in his website. I am know hit with a DVLA Late Licensing Penalty and National Car Parks Charge Notice. He is not a man of his word and refuses to take my calls.

        Local garage in Preston - always had my cars repaired there - good easy MOT service too. Good service from Graham the owner and keen prices too. Never had a problem with the service or the repair work. He can collect your car (he has mine on more than one occasion). I always try and support local businesses by shopping locally rather than using a big chain. Would recommend. Very reliable.
