Ducati Preston

Ive only been in a few times but on the occasions I have been in the customer service has been excellent. I wish other brands treated their customers with such respect it makes a hell of a difference.

Ducati Preston = Nightmare. March 2022. My bike goes in for a service. I get my Ducati Panigale back, but without the service book, handbook and spare key, all kept in leather binder. They had lost it,I had asked for a replacement, but never received a replacement. I phoned ten times all over the course of 6 months. The last phone call the Ducati employee said.quote. Its no good to us we havent got it. I said. You told me in a phone call you have seen it, therefore its your responsible. I told him I will take this to court, if they dont replace them. They ignored my threat of proceedings against Ducati, Preston. I took them to court and won the case. They paid me the amount to replaces hand books, service record and spare key. Total 155. My dealings as a customer and service from Ducati Preston, has been one of Incompetents , arrogance and ignorance. There has never been an apology concerning my treatment from Ducati Preston. David.
