The best company I could of chose to rent with! Anything that I needed help with within the flat they were there 100%, made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to help me throughout the tendency! Would recommend to anyone! Honestly dont think any other agency would of helped that much! Was always there when needed! The accommodation was always looked after and anything that I was worried about was helped with in a timely manner! Couldnt recommend more!

Honestly, the best agency in Preston! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Whenever I needed help with anything they were more than happy to help! Not to mention they have a variety of accommodations. I absolutely love my flat! 100% recommend it!

Lovely friendly staff always there to assist you whenever. Any issues are dealt with in a timely manner and to the highest is standards. They make sure to find the perfect flat / house for you and all are high standard. Could not recommend them enough as student letters they have been the best! All members of the team go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience and it really shows.

I had the benefit of living in two properties withCedar Tree during my final year of undergraduate and master's degree. Staff were always extremely friendly, and if I had any problems, they were merely a phone call away or I could go directly into the office. The two houses I've lived in have been modern and well-maintained (Moor Lane & Union Street). I would recommend these above other student accomondation in Preston
